For many children impacted by foster care, dreaming about the future doesn’t always come easily.  When a child has experienced trauma, instability, loss, or uncertainty, it can be hard to imagine what tomorrow could look like. But we believe God’s plans are bigger than fear. Bigger than brokenness. Bigger than circumstances.

This summer, Project 1.27 is inviting our community to help children and youth rediscover hope, belonging, and possibility through safe families, supportive communities, mentorship, and care. Together, we can help children dream beyond today.

How You Can Help Children Dream Again

Help children entering foster care feel seen, valued, and cared for. This summer, 10% of every gift will go toward New Placement Gift Cards for children entering foster care.

Many children arrive in care with very few belongings. These gift cards help provide clothing, shoes, hygiene items, comfort items, and immediate necessities during times of transition and uncertainty.

Sometimes the greatest gift is someone who believes in you. Youth impacted by foster care need consistent adults who encourage them, support them, and walk beside them as they dream about the future.

Only a small percentage of former foster youth will earn a college degree, often because they lack long-term support and connection. You can help change that story.
