MEET THE GOODALLS

Foster parents since 2016, the Goodalls are pouring their love into the lives of two young siblings. They share:
"Our greatest fear was that we wouldn’t be able to fully love a foster child, without reservation. Now, we’re navigating the truth that we love these babies with all our hearts, while supporting parent visits, court dates and reunification. Sometimes we stop and think about what their first day/months/year would have been like without our love. The enormity of what we’re doing hits again. God is using us for something big and His plan for our lives, and the kids’ lives, are being revealed as each day goes by. Sometimes we don’t see it immediately, but as time goes by and we look back we can see He’s doing great things!
It’s the hardest thing we’ve ever done, but also the best. Fostering has brought us closer as a couple, brought us into a caring community, grown our faith. We're so thankful we heard about Project 1.27 and their faith-based training for foster parents."
