Facilitated by TBRI Practitioner, Megan Magel
Whether you are new to foster care or have been an adoptive parent for years, caregiving principles that are included in Trust-Based Relational Intervention can help you parent children who have experienced life-changing trauma. Correcting Principles is the last installment of the 3 part TBRI Caregiver Training series. This class will focus on how to use proactive strategies to disarm fear-based behaviors and to respond effectively when meltdowns occur.
Trust-Based Relational Intervention is an attachment-based, evidence-based, and trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children.
Certificate for foster recertification hours available for this class.
