Project 1.27 is excited to offer a local Hope for the Journey Conference in partnership with Show Hope! The Hope for the Journey Conference (formerly the Empowered to Connect Conference) incorporates the Show Hope Simulcast into an in--person event where parents and caregivers can be encouraged and equipped to take care of the everyday needs of children impacted by adoption and/or foster care.
This 1-day event is a great way for foster, adoptive, kinship families and professionals who work or volunteer with vulnerable children to be refreshed, invest in further trauma training, and connect with people who share the same heart.
Continued Education hours are available.
We are excited to offer Finally Home's Superhero Academy this year during the conference!
Children can come for a fun day of crafts, games, and snacks while learning about resiliency and emotional regulation.
Parents will need to bring a sack lunch for each participant. Space is limited!

FAQs
HOW LONG DOES THE CONFERENCE LAST?
The Conference is one day only but varies depending on your experience/needs! If you are new to TBRI, we ask that you attend the first session that begins at 8:00am. If you have attended the conference in the past or participated in TBRI Training, please join us at 9:00am for the second session. The final session will conclude at 3:00pm, but we're offering an optional Breakout Session from 3-4pm for those who would like some practical next-steps for applying what you learned led by local TBRI-trained Practitioners!
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
We are offering this conference as a way to encourage foster, adoptive, and kinship families and professionals who work with children who've experienced trauma, so we have tried to keep the price low. Tickets cost $20/person or $30/couple, plus an additional $10/child for those who need childcare. Host church families save $5 off the ticket price.
Scholarships are available! Please reach out to jwatson@project127.org.
